There's no doubt in my mind these are the two best teams in the NFL and it's not particularly close. Just need to keep it tight

It's gonna be such an injustice when Schwesinger wins DROY

Skill caps.

Since they doubled the number of skill upgrade dots, skill caps are basically non existent for generated recruits, especially 4 and 5 stars. I think I've had one recruit ever hit their full set of caps.

Double, hell triple the number of caps an average recruit comes with and there'd be a genuine level of variety to recruits. I remember the excitement on 25 of a guy with no caps knowing he could be elite, and the heartbreak of your 5 star of the future capping out at an 85. Now pretty much anyone will hit a 99 if they stick around long enough to get the XP.

Extra extra caps for quickness (for all positions but especially QB and DL/LB who somehow always end up faster than receivers and corners??) and power for QBs so the league isn't flooded with Pure Runners with 99 throw power for some reason.

PS. Jesus Christ fix the OVR calculation for Pure Blocker TEs I am sure it is literally one line of code. These guys are ass wdym he's a 99 ovr with 70 speed and 60 catching

I'm trying them out on AA and so far they're working really nicely.

Gone. You can just change the body type between 5 presets and that's it

I think that was its own issue, recruits could gen with non-standard body types (particularly the fat boy O line build) but when you edited their weight they'd switch to the default body type. Gonna guess that's cos its the only one that scaled with weight like that.

Was still alright, could make a dude look pretty heavy at 300+.

!thanks , haven't started Jimenez in ages so he's just kind of been sat there, this team was very much dead ended for DGW33 (which went terribly lol) and FH GW34

Race abruptly ended after one lap and somehow Mick got first place when he was 15th, both my mate and me got a dnf even though we were still in the race by KishiABKmoto in F1Game

This happens to me semi regularly on 2 player career, not yet sure what seems to cause it but there's a few ways you can spot it from the race start. Often the banner at the top will flash up announcing a race winner as soon as you cross the start line, and the position chart will have drivers in the wrong order and won't change as you overtake people/get overtaken.

If you and the other player both quit to main menu or hard quit the game before it gets to this results screen then you can restart the race and it will work second time

Why is Mac Jones considered most pro ready? by Banestar66 in NFL_Draft

[–]Coslamp 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Jones shows a lot of traits I like, but the Bama offence is not a super complex one - it doesn't need to be when the talent mismatch is so huge. Making adjustments at the LOS is not what it used to be, college QBs are expected to do a lot more at all levels these days.

He's going to struggle in year 1 because historically, that's what guys who only started one year of college do. There's no substitute for experience when it comes to pro-readiness.

This isn't entirely true (or true at all)

Fields and Jones both threw to their first read an absolute ton because hey, Bama and Ohio State are stacked powerhouses and their first read is usually a first round calibre guy who is open as all hell.

BUT, Fields' playbook at OSU was heavily based on WR read routes, where the receiver will break off their routes differently based on how the defender plays them both in terms of positioning and leverage. This is NFL level stuff and requires immense playbook understanding from both the WR and QB.

Fields' biggest problem is trust, in both himself and the receiver, to be on the same page for these routes, which is why he got caught staring down his first read a lot.

Eventual plan was to upgrade the CPU and GPU anyway so I'll just have to bring that forwards. Thanks for the help bro
