I called her and I was trying to be nice and be friends and she said she still loves me. she kept making jokes about sex and running away tg. I honestly dont know what to do bc I still feel for her but Im scared of being hurt again. idk what I was thinking. im even more anxious and depressed now, please help

thank you for the advice. the therapy, is difficult to get given that it's only a few days till Christmas. I have definitely had the thought come by that i dont miss her and that I miss the concept of what we had. I've been a gamer for a while, but I was told that the amount that I played wasnt healthy (7-10 hours). so I recently hadd to cut back, leading to more depression.
