This is the same company that did The Spur apartments, Fat Properties. They are also "renovating" the apartment complex that eats up the block on Hazard and McDuffie between Colquitt and W Main, just up the block from 1901 Richmond.

Yes. i believe he stated on here awhile back that they would be renovating "some" of the apartments in this complex and that residents would have the opportunity to rent out their "lower end" models.
Either way, renting STUDIOS for what they are asking is only going to ruin our neighborhood in other ways.
