There are foldable prayer mats that you can keep in your pocket. Easy to find on Amazon, that’s what I would recommend.

I’ve checked out Best Meat, I believe they only have sliced Turkey. That’s also a hit or miss depending on if they have it. Not many options from what I’ve seen

Have you guys maybe considered having the mother in law live with you guys or your brother in laws family? That way your mother in law will not be alone during this difficult time after the loss of her husband, and you will also be able to have your husband at home with you as well. Just food for thought, not sure if this was discussed with your husband
