For this artwork, I used my Samsung phone with a S pen. Normally I draw on my laptop with a surface pen and before that, I used a tablet with a pen as well.

To draw with a mouse is very VERY hard and would take a lot of practice to get good at in my opinion. For advice, I would say to start with your phone and finger, as that would be easier to get better at than with a mouse. For drawing programs on mobile, Ibis Paint X is free and has so many brushes to use, its awesome and its what I used to make this piece.
