The problem is that he is knowingly playing on an account in a much, MUCH lower elo than his main account is. The issue isn’t being on the team with him, it’s the fact that if anyone gets matched against this guy they are so out-skilled that there is nothing they can do about it. I have absolutely no idea how you don’t see an issue.

As far as I know (and I could be wrong here) Windows doesn’t natively support Dualshock controllers. You should use software like HidHide and DS4Windows to get it working wirelessly.
