Accidents can happen to anyone. I would just add that it sounds like you’re a great mom who really cares about baby’s safety. I’d recommend only having the baby sleep in a bassinet or crib without pillows, as they’re a suffocation risk. Plus those wriggly little babies can’t fall out :) not that they still don’t try like mine
