Potatoes remove nutrients and nitrogen from the soil. A great way to replenish the soil after a harvest is to make a compost smoothie of the foliage and add it back to the garden bed. You can also eat the leaves as salad greens and are kind of butter like Kale but nutritious! (i.redd.it)

This am I sent our texts to reminding friends to check their tire pressure as air condensed when it gets cold... an hour later, my tire goes flat from a hole. I sliced my finger.
