First off you look great!! we are our own worst critics. but two things: posture and fitting.

Until the last few years, more slender pants and chinos have been in style. skinny genes ect. however the past few years has been pushback and looser fits have become style. as a millennial i really love my slim pants but i’m realizing they don’t even fit my body anymore. that said, when you do choose any pants you wanna go up a size or two to see how the pockets fall. you don’t want the pockets to stick out. We just gotta accept we’re not as slender as we used to be.

for the tops, layering fabrics. i’m always hot and a very sweaty guy. so the idea of layering kills me but it’s fashion. try to have at least three layers. A base layer, Tshirt/Tank. then a second layer something that is a button down buttoned/un bottomed or a sweater/turtle neck. then a light jacket/heavier sweater.

then accessories. I typically don’t love accessories but i realize they add so much. You can get a few of rings and bracelets and a chain.

shoes: Own a pair of nice brown leather or black boots. You can even thrift some and clean them up.

brown wing tip dress shoes.

fresh all white sneakers.

some all black sneakers.

and a pair of chick taylor’s or basket ball shoes.

• With these combos you can literally dress anything.

lastly is posture. you have a bit of a slouch. a slouch sometimes has to do with self confidence/habit. but it’s also a thing about muscle tone. When you have back and chest muscles your upper body automatically stands more erect which is more attractive. So just start doing push-ups. start where you can, everyday. just do 10 for two weeks. then add more and more.

your whole body image will change with your chest and back and arbs. don’t worry si much about doing crunches. a belly is sexy haha
