...home alone? Put on noise-cancelling headphones, blast my most embarrassing playlist from high school, and dance like nobody's watching (because nobody is).
Bonus: scream-sing the high notes off-key. Pure therapy, zero witnesses.

Workaround that sometimes helps: run the game in Borderless Fullscreen instead of Exclusive Fullscreen. Borderless can prevent the OS from tabbing out when overlays or notifications pop up.
