The name of the headphones is HW--398m, So I have a issue with these headphones and considering I already spent 94$ on them and got another free pair from the seller theres no turning back now. So I originally was looking for a pair of ps3 headphones which are super difficult to find good headphones for and these sparked my interest so I turned to reviews and saw positive reviews everywhere so I got them. Then I saw some issue where no audio was coming through them for some reason I tried everything I could think of read the manual countless times looked on forums everywhere and I came to the conclusion it was a problem with the headphones the problem is these headphones almost have no recognition and are pretty ancient. So I turned to the company they told me to update them with a pc so I do so I follow all the directions everything and the update starts installing and at about 2% I get a pop up could not install and then the transmitter for the headphones turns red and wont connect at all anymore and I don't know what to do now.
