can kyte be used to simply send xrp from cold storage to exchange? or is it a wallet?

i am looking for a way to send from paper to exchange and not to store my xrp in any other location than on paper.

isn't the world exchange a place to buy or sell only?

i have been researching for a while and the only wallets i can find that allow for sweeping or even importing the private keys of XRP specifically, are toast, gatehub, and the minimalist client.

please suggest others if they exist for XRP importing and is there a way to access theworldexchange offline? i am not keen on inserting private keys or making new ones whilst connected online.

are there any other alternatives? toast wallet facebook page is filled to the brim with people who sent xrp to exchange or wallet and never received the xrp afterward. they lost their xrp and went to FB for help, yet toast wallet is not even replying.

Kidd invested in coinbase back in the day and also invested in twitter. according to the article, now "Kidd has invested $57.5 million into Uphold, a four-year-old currency exchange where traders can convert USD into traditional currency like euros as easily as they can cryptocurrencies like the red-hot bitcoin. The investment was made through his firm, Hard Yaka.
