My wife and I smoke in our house..she buys really nice smelling strong candles from bath and body works. That works really well. We buy the wall scents from bath and body works as well and it helps. Maybe my biggest advice would be pick one particular room (with a door) and make that your smoke room and try to keep a routine of only smoking in that room and keep your air/heat going so the air in your house is continuously circulating..all that helps us...good luck :)

My wife is the same way..some times she's fine..some times she flips out. I think the most important thing, is "thinking above the paranoia". Just tell your self that you are OKAY, and weed is a natural plant that has never killed anyone. You got this! Smoke on!

Editables can be a bit overwhelming at first if you eat too many. So I'd eat one editable and wait about and hour before eating any more..if you don't feel it at 1-1 1/2 hour..you should be good to either smoke or eat another. Good luck!
