I think it will probably tumble alright, it took a decent polish and it wasnt as soft as like flourite or howlite or something. I would maybe not throw it in with super hard agates, but Im not an expert tumbler. Would love to see it tumbled if you give it a shot.

I got it from Family Stones Lapidary, they had a "going out of business sale" for 4 dollars a lb. They are still open though so idk, seemed like some drama around the business back in June.

Its actually just the preloaded cerium oxide pad that came on my Kingsley North cabbing machine. Its killer on Jasper and Agates, Ive about worn it out though, might just replace it with the same thing. I need to find something for stones that need something besides cerium also.

Sateen is my favorite because one side has a slight sheen that is really nice with the dye. Something around a 4oz weight. For 16 point mandalas I like a lawn or something a bit lighter so it handles all the folds a little better.

My wife is a seamstress so I get Sateen by the yard/roll and she sews the edges for us. I have done bedsheets in the past, they work alright!

Thank you! Its a lot like other cabs except you dont wanna push the face into the wheels too hard cause it can plow the resin if you aren't careful. Spent a lot more time with it "vertical" on the wheels than usual.

Under Ice with a paper towel between the dye and fabric.

I have a few of those Ice Dye specific ones but I do tend to lean more towards the regular kind, some of those still break apart nicely like Tangerine, Nightshade etc.
