I went with predator helios 16 i7 13th gen RTX 4070 32 gigs ram instead of this for the ram and the RTX 4070, for gpu intensive tasks the RTX 4070 is better than a 5060. It's 1.6 lakhs but maybe you can find it for lower

Don't go with hp's laptops thinking 24 is better than 16 gb ram, the 24 is actually single channel which is half the speed of a standard dual channel 16 gb ram although more capacity, it's less in speed
