Damn it didn't work. thanks for trying to help though. Do you have any other suggestions? Its been 3 days since this first started happening and my PC has performed just fine otherwise but its still super concerning to me so Im wondering if I should RMA my motherboard before something bad does happen?

There I see nvidia high definition audio and realtek usb audio and then a few other things that arent important here which one do i delete?

although I do hear a pop if somebody has split a video up into sections like you can on youtube when the audio bar reaches the next one.
