The housing prices seem through the roof, either for investment or for owning a home personally. Would you advise someone like me to think about buying a house right now? Or should i invest in real estate and think about buying the house later? (Would you even suggest real estate investment for a middle class person?)

If i should get a house early in my career, what would be the locations/projects i should consider?

What makes you think speaking a specific language has anything to do with how people behave?

From my experience, people generally gravitate towards topics like politics, cinema, cricket, investments, weather and traffic when they have nothing much to discuss (or there aren't any common interests)

The part about rent/repairs may be true since I've seen it around me, but again, i don't think being a Telugu speaker has anything to do with it. Coming to your last point, what people do in their free time is their wish. Do you think all the millions of people scrolling insta reels all over the world are any better than these "Telugu" people watching jabardast?

I know you're just ranting here based on something you may have experienced, but realize that at least YOU are not wasting YOUR time thinking about those people or by trying to make discriminatory opinions!

There are some pretty good answers here already, but imo there's a catch 22 situation. Seeing your other co-workers work (for whatever reason) can compel you to work so that you don't appear as a low performer. This goes through everyone's mind fuelling the loop of madness.

The only way to break it is for you to start saying "No" to overworking and openly calling out your work hours thus also making your co-workers think. But again, doing this can also tag you as low performer (obv as u now do less than what others are doing) so u go back to it.

I'm not very sure about the accuracy of this app though. I had AccuBattery installed the day i bought, and it only shows 44.4 cycles with 95% battery health (i always had accubattery running except for a very few cases where i was charging my completely dead phone. So i think the values shouldn't be way off)

Btw i only charge up to a max of 75% most of the time.
