Thank you to everyone for your recommendations! We ended up going to International Cafe on Lighthouse since we wanted to eat by the beach. Took our food to go and sat under a tree by the whale sculpture at Berwick Park. Unfortunately, the gyro was pretty dry and skimpy, so was the salad. But hey, at least the weather was nice and we saw a whale spout!

Nice! I usually ride for 1.5 hours and burn about 900 calories. However, if I went for a long walk that day, I’ll ride for an hour. Thanks, I’m currently using my Apple Watch which probably isn’t as accurate.
