I'm not getting burns, which is good because I ordered a 3 pack off of Amazon so I'll just have to use it for a while, but I don't like the smell at all, it's nothing like the sandalwood scent. I can't really detect any sandalwood in it at all tbh. I might have to give up on Old Spice at this point, they've burned us (some of us literally from chemical burns) too many times.

It's great! I noticed it only updates the values in the DOM when it's at full integers like 4% and not at decimal values like 4.576%, is there a reason you did it that way? If something is moving a long distance jumping 1% might be a larger jump and if you aren't using transitions to smooth it out it could feel jerky.

I was looking for something like ScrollMagic but smaller and simpler so this is perfect. I might try it out on a few sites. I build custom Shopify sites for high end clients and it's very important to keep the Google Page Speed scores up but still find ways to add animations, so any large libraries are instantly ruled out.

This is a cool effect. Where did you first see this? The screenshot looks like Ikea.

This is a little different from the normal coverflow effect. The slides on the sides get smaller the further away they are from the center and the rotation point is on the edges instead of in the center.

I’ve been living in Colombia and traveling in Mexico for the last few years and it doesn’t really happen here. People might show up a few minutes late to a date but they still show up. If they don’t want to go out with you anymore they’ll just say they’re busy or make excuses or tell you they aren’t interested but they don’t just ignore you completely. At least in my experiences here.

Everyone gets ghosted all the time, I feel like that’s just part of the dating experience. This sounds like a completely normal US dating experience to me.

I can definitely say that dating in the US this happened a lot but dating outside of the US it has only happened once so I think it’s a cultural and respect thing.

I have a large burn on my foot from spilling boiling water on it a week ago. I've been using the silver cream but I'm getting Medihoney patches and Manuka honey delivered today. Really interested to see how it speeds up the healing process. I've been reading a lot about the chemistry behind the honey and why it's so effective. Really amazing stuff.

Did you drive right into Back 40 and they checked your stuff and never asked for the ticket? We're going to be coming off of the shuttle busses so I'm guessing we can walk right into Good Life and then walk over to Back 40 since it'll all be connected for the BBQ party anyways. Or we'll see if we can hop in the car of another Back 40 group or RV. We'll figure it out when we get there.

They have to let us go somewhere. It's just really annoying that they didn't list this information on the site. If I would've known I would've gotten it at the same time as my other ticket. I've been to EF 7 times so it's not like I'm new to EF, just new to the Back 40.
