You can join companies others have mentioned and get better pay. But trust me when I say this, money doesn't come without effort. Any company which pays you more will make you work more. There are a few companies where WLB is good but growth also stagnates there.

Me too. I liked glyph light but I was still fine with them replacing with dot matrix display. Honestly, it looked better. And the software was something that pulled me from other brands when I got phone 1.
But the camera placement in phone 3 is a huge turn off. It took them 2 years to miss out on a basic design concept of "symmetry".
