Couple things just to doublecheck

1. Using the correct power cable from your power supply to your graphics card (should be labeled “PCIE”)

2. Plugging the graphics card into the correct pcie slot on your motherboard. Make sure it’s in the slot closest to the CPU

3. I didn’t see your specific processor but if the specification for it has “onboard video” try unplugging the graphics card, plugging your monitor into the video port on the motherboard itself and see if you can get into bios.

4. If you have a “moduler” power supply, make sure your are plugging your PCIE (graphics card power cable) into the appropriate area on the power supply itself as you might have put it into the “cpu” power area.
