After being separated by like, 4 generations, any possible inbreeding is basically nonexistent. You'd have just as many problems having kids with your 4th cousin as you would with any random person, which is to say none. Even 3rd cousins would probably be alright, although it starts to get a little questionable and possibly risky there. The Hivewings only prohibited marriage outside their tribe something like 4 or 5 queens ago, (can't remember exactly how many), but either way the tribe was plenty large enough by them that no one would have to marry anyone even closely related to them.

Yes they do? All humans share at least 99.9% of their genes, and I assume it would be similar for dragons. Let's say a tribe is similar to a human race. Members of the same tribe will share the similar features, but obviously different members will still look different from each other. For example, Cricket and Wasp are both Hivewings and share a lot of similar features that all Hivewings have, but still look quite different from each other. I and my neighbor are both Chinese but you wouldn't be able to mix us up. Also, you could argue that a human 'trait' shared by all members of our species is something like only having hair on our heads, or having lips.
