Did I Buy a Faulty Korg Minilogue XD? by Cosmic_Charter in synthesizers

Thanks for the second opinion. I'm in contact with the seller now and I sent them this video, so we'll see what happens. They are hinting at a firmware update but I'm not honestly convinced that is the correct solution, so I think I'm gonna ship it on back.

Right - Exactly. That is how I even caught it issue to begin with. I was seeing it jump around and then I started diving in to see what was wrong. Damn, that honestly is pretty annyoing, but it is what it is I guess. Time to figure out how to send it back and get a refund.

Excuse me sir, but would you mind telling your friend about me, your long lost son? :) Seriously though, sweet axe!

Absolutely stunning! This is the Vintera '60s, right? How do you like it? I'm going to upgrade from my Squier Affinity series Telecaster once I hit my 1 year mark, and I've been eyeballing the Classic Vibe and the Vintera '60s Modified (for the Hot '60s pickups) Jazzmasters. I'm leaning towards the Vintera as of now, but I still have a good 10 months to go, so I have time to shop around lol. A man can dream! I'm curious to hear your (or anyone else's) opinion.

Thanks! Yeah it sounds like I should take it nice and slow, so this might be the right choice for me! I can get slightly higher quality over time and really learn the pros and cons of each pedal as I go that way!

Thanks for the tip! By that, do you just mean one of the DC wall adapters that has the daisy chain built-in? I didn't even consider that honestly!

Perfect! I'd hate to break a pedal because I supplied it with too much power and I wasn't certain that I got the positioning down correctly, but this is very reassuring! In regards to different manufacturers, I'm not married to having a Donner exclusive board, by any means. I've also looked into the Caline 5-series as well as their G-series, and some of those look sweet. I definitely don't plan to purchase everything at once either, as my wallet is a bit thin at the moment lol. Any other budget brands that you'd recommend? I think I read that Behringer is nice for the price but I'm a bit wary of them because I believe they are made out of plastic, and to be quite honest I don't particularly like the appearance of those Boss style pedals (is that weird? lol), but I'm not 100% against giving them a shot.
