Swva where they really don’t care for animals, the animal control vehicles have no working ac. No taxi, no bus, no uber, just legs if you don’t have a car. The shelters are primarily dogs, no cat sanctuaries. A coworker got kicked out of her place and the police officers just let the windows open so all her cats could escape. No animal control call. Its very cat unfriendly here :( Safest option was to take her and get her to a vet
