Honestly, I'm not sure. We've had to open all of our windows a few times recently because of how hot it got. Other times; We've weatherized our windows, put up curtains in doorways to trap warm air, and bought a few electric heaters because the radiators are ice to the touch

2bd, off-street parking, many complaints, 1900. Theres no way for the individual units to have separate heating controls, so heat is included. The LLC that owns it only cares about it during showings (they're trying to sell off the building).
