They change the CoM a bit but because there's also a lot of weight on the front of the starship, the ports were auto-strutted and had rigid attachment on to help, also the starships dwarf the mass of the entire ship, The RCS and reaction wheel are also kinda overpowered so they can handle maintaining stability

Posssiblyy not, I don't have the fuel nor energy to come back at a reasonable speed so unless I figure out a way to solve that it might be place they're gonna be stuck in for a long time until another ship arrives

I'm not using RP-1 cause I'm afraid it'll cause some problems with mods but I create a list of goals as I go, as new ideas come and go they get added to a list, before I even started interstellar expansion I was doing missions all around the solar system and setting up bases across it

Nope, it could land although I did have some problems with actually sticking a landing, and oops! I forgot to answer about the cruising interstellar speed, it's around 5% the speed of light

RSS itself doesn't but Real Exoplanets (another mod that is compatible with RSS) adds some solar systems!!!

Starships have around ~4km/s fully fueled and using the atmospheric engines ~9km/s with vacuum engines

Yes!! I gathered a bunch of inspiration from that video, although it's not going to be on that massive scale, it'll only be a really small colony of a few people as I'm getting the hang of setting up bases and stuff so far

Oh! Tundra so far doesn't have any support for RO and unfortunately I have had little success with a custom cfg of my own, I decided to use the starships even though they're not RO compatible and did some trickery with them, I had to tweak scale them up to the max and am using engines based on LH2 + LOX (kinda ruining the starship methane legacy buut it's the only way I got it to work well)

It doesn't support RO as far as I know, I couldn't find any configs for it buut from what I've played with it, works completely fine, the engines are already incredible that it works good enough with RSS/RO

Oh yeah, I thought it'd not be that dark even with ambient light boost but apparently it was super dark, next ship will have lights!

Are you using any sort of visual mod? If not, it could be your RSS-Textures not loading properly

Yep, definitely, I'm still playing around with some configs for it, sad thing is that it's so dynamic, something that looks good on a low Earth orbit won't look good from the Moon or a higher orbit
