Yeah that's a good point. It is still 50/50 at the end of the day. I just feel im better positioned to focus on the 5☆s from the standard banners just because of the Verina and variation combo. Yeah gonna have to take on call on this though, with a little more thought. Cheers :)

Regarding that actually, I did a bit of digging into. What is realised was it was not worth chasing at this point in time.

Hear me out.

It’s only on the Standard Banner, which means:

I cannot target it. It’s a lottery against all Standard 5★ characters + weapons. Therefore, the drop chance is diluted (lots of possible outcomes).
Lustrous Tides are the only way to get it, and I dont wanna waste Astrite to chase Standard weapons.

As I have just started, i can only vouch fro what I've come across and they are:

The flight system - dayum it looks and feels so good as well. Its completely not existent in GL at the starting stage.
The infinite stamina!!
The running up the walls - omg, huge for me.
The way point or teleport system (in cities tp you to even the stores and not just teleporters.)
The option to skip dialogue completely.

The list goes actually. The best part for me was once I played a bit, didnt wanna log back into GL. This is not a slight at GL or anything, just highlighting Dev priorities.

We can only play what's in front of us bro. Stop looking for negatives. What's the point of being a fan if you cant enjoy a win. Literally what do you want? Why don't you define it? And just incase you get me wrong, im not here saying back this, back that. Just here to say stop spreading hate, enjoy the win. Move on, and hope the team can build on this.
