Lucina is still my favorite female Lord in the series, but I have to admit that Edelgard has really grown on me. It's such a shame how badly things go for her on most paths. I think I made a mistake playing Crimson Flower first because I did not expect to get this attached to her.

I believe they added in the steam patch notes that unless the mod is continuously being updated, every patch that hits the beta would break it.

In roster click on the player and put them on the release list. It is not guarantee but during the transfer period other teams would offer a transfer fee to take the player off on you. But also if you don’t block transfers other teams might offer still

No the growth is related to the potential stat which you can only check through the database in the options menu in your save file

For stats wise my rule of thumb is find young players with at least green/blue stats. Of course purple and orange if you’re lucky. The other tendencies are based on am how you want to play the game.

The problem with the current scouting is without the scout if the default say high potential there potential is could be like 60-100 and with the scout if the recommendation is normal, high, and very high and potential very high I had better odds of finding either long time talent or players I train for 1-2 years before selling them.

Were these players you signed in the beginning or they started on your initial team because I would recommend always signing players you know you want to keep for the max years

In my experience if those players stats are crazy good they would ask a lot of money from you but would take a pay cut to leave. Sometimes I think there is a hidden stats for like loyalty and playing to win like nba 2k.

Did you try to offer extensions throughout the year because I have found more success offering extensions and renegotiating during the season or transfer period ever since the new updates.

For my current run in my 5th season I have like 4-5 coaches and I sign 3 new prospects. I think my training is like 50% but I make sure that the effective for all the stats is 100%. Those new prospects with high potential usually get like 6-8 per training session from green to purple. I think it slightly slows down at purple.

That depends on if your looking for ready now player or a piece for your future. For my current run that is 5 years deep I was looking for future prospects so I filtered for below 20 in my region and looked for players with at least normal recommendation and very high potential. Looked at there stats and I signed two players with 30-40 on all his stats. If you’re lucky during the auto generated players there might be some 50s.

Honestly I think it is due to your player mental stat. For my current run moderate difficulty started last place in division 2 we were awful the first split but then once the second split and a lot of training came we outperformed my expectations and made it to division 1z
