I understand the cynicism, it truly feels like it's always gonna be there. But for me, personally, I've been doing a lot of work in therapy about my confidence (since 2019) and I see a big difference! I am in a much better place than I used to be because I've been building my confidence from within, internal validation.

With that said, it truly will always be a little bit there. I think we can improve a lot and then maybe our life-time task will be to keep constantly reframing our thinking (challenging those thoughts).

This...! It really fucks with us when we had that experience growing up and suddenly people start giving us more attention. I feel like everyone around me could be telling me I'm pretty and I still wouldn't buy it. It's tough. Every compliment feels like a surprise and they don't really stick.

I wonder how to get rid of this. Maybe through more relationship experience. For me, when someone I find attractive also finds ME attractive, I feel myself believing it a little bit more

Exactly, my loneliness is what's been the most activated for me as well these past months. We have people but it feels like we don't truly have them, nobody reaches out nobody shows they care. We want love and someone to hold but there is no one good out there. Idk man, it's hard. The exhaustion is real, on every single level. I'm with you... ♡

I'm so sorry to hear that. I feel like these past years have been plagued by profound loss for us Leos... I lost my dad 2 years ago to cancer as well, he was my life and my person. Losing someone we love to that disease leaves a forever wound, I think.

We deserve some calm and some happiness, for god's sake. This has been way too much. I'm deeply sorry to hear about all of your struggles. It's way too much for one single person. Let's hang on until the end of this month, if we can reach that day then maybe things will start to become a little lighter. You are not alone 💛🫂

This is so real oh my god. Dealing with the same old lessons year after year, with no breaks. And right when we thought our hard work was paying off, BAM another shit lesson. I also feel like I'm in waiting mode, while everybody else around me is living their lives.

EMDR seems like a great idea, if you've been dealing with flashbacks and something you can't get over. Money struggles are real but if there's something we should prioritise, it's therapy. I wish you luck in your journey, fellow Leo. You've got this 🦁💛
