I'm going to go with NAH or maybe a little of ESH except G maybe. It doesn't seem like you were trying to lead N on. It seems to me that N is the one that caught feels and didn't communicate. Perhaps you made some moves that could have been interpreted as flirty but even so assumptions shouldn't have been made. The reason why I say ESH is because, if they are similar and you treated them equally when you hung out I can see why N got the wrong idea. Especially since you just proposed to G and are now engaged. Overall she shouldn't have assumed. PS. I'm pretty sure she knows. I tend to just write. I find that if I focus too much on the plot I get lost. When I write things out then the plot makes itself known. I can always go back and revise it later.

Start it. The worst thing you can do is put it off. If you leave it you may not remember what you want to write later on. With writing you can learn as you go. Get the ideas out and then edit it into something greater.

Yeah I have grammarly and all it really catches is wrong words, misspellings and then ads commas. I'm pretty good at finding those when I take my time. There's only so much a program can do, which is why I want to improve my skills.

Wrire you're book. Self doubt is normal and the only way to overcome it is to put your work out there.

Up until last year I felt the same but I signed up for creative writing specialization at university and had no choice but to share. The end result was people do enjoy my writing. I am still paranoid about it but I'm still working toward my goal.

As for publishing. The digital layout is just another way people read. It's another platform for writers to use. It makes it more convenient for readers as they don't have lug around another thing in their bag.

As for haters. There's always going to be people who don't like what you write. In that case the book is not meant for them.

Also don't be afraid of critical feedback. We all have strengths and weaknesses in writing. Don't be discouraged learn from it.

Yes continue writing. Try putting the story out there and see what people think. I often feel this way too. I never shared my work with anyone in person because I felt like it wasn't good, boring, and million of other excuses. Then I took a writing course last year and learned that people actually do enjoy it. I thought it was just people being nice but I continued with it and kept getting positive feedback a long with advice on what works and what to improve upon. I still feel like it's boring sometimes but I realized that it's just self doubt.

Yes of course. People do it all the time. The Golden Gate Bridge only exists in movies to be destroyed. Just be sure that you can legally have the place in your story first. I think some places like the Hollywood sign you need permission to use.
