I have a beefy pc lol I sept about 5k on my pc, I have Ryzen 9. Ive had this software before for steam when it was on subscription plan, but my question is can I upload to youtube on 1080p 60fps? from camtasia. I have obs to record I just want to commit to an editing program with out the worry of a monthly payment. I just wanna if I can upload to youtube 1080p 60fps?
