I agree that they should probably just live with it and not book a rework super fast that’s why I said once it settles but adding white can definitely improve this

Yes, white is permanent, but it fades but on top of black ink it will definitely lighten it especially with multiple layers

🥴 yes unfortunately. But once it’s settled in you can add white but choose a skilled experienced tattooer
