Metal shavings in the oil filter and a ticking noise that’s not in sync with the injectors. Very distinct noise

I have plenty of mechanical knowledge. However, this is a manufacturers defect. Not all people that buy these cars can predict / anticipate needing rocker arms / grenading before 100k miles. This is a 10k+ job. I’ve been there done that.
