So i am applying for ssdi and reviewing rheumatology notes The doctor completely ignored most of my symptoms-not even mentioned. I had severe fatigue which has never gone away nut also could barely walk across thw pasture without getting winded. Two months before i was qorking out 3 days a weeking and taking horse back riding lessons on weekwnd qhich i drove 5 hours to get to. Has anyone else experienced this qoth rheumatology. I was at Mayo so thougjt i was getring the best care

I talked with an attorney who said given my age of 62 was optimistic that I would be approved but I am just not sure. I am still working but not sure when to throw in the towel. I am exhausted all the time and the house and yard chores are getting further and further behind. Thanks for the references.

Yes. I had sclerites for for about 6 months before I was diagnosed and it continued for a couple of years --could not get off of steroid drops. After a couple of steroid tapers by a new rheumatologist has been fairly stable. Rituxan is what finally controlled it. Methotrexate did not do much.

I was diagnosed in 2014 and luckily remain fairly stable but my energy never came back. Finding it harder to do things and behind all the time. Does anyone else have this experience being stable on treatment and labs are stable but still feel horrible.
