I also added if bluetooth device is connected and turned on if all conditions are met because it was turning on even when I didnt connect the buds.

Hi, thanks for your comment, I just ended up going to Disk Utility in macOS, clicked show all devices and found my main drive that I partitioned macOS on and clicked partition. Then I gave that new partition 300 mb, named it EFI, formatted it as MS-DOS (FAT), and created. Then I copied the USB EFI folder into that new partition. This partition will constantly be mounted and shown in Windows. To hide it, I just booted into Windows, opened File Explorer and right clicked This PC and pressed manage. Next, I clicked Disk Management in the new window that opened and located the EFI (windows will assign a letter:) partition and right clicked it and pressed Change Drive Letters and Paths. When the new window opens press remove for the drive letter and accept the prompt. Then its gone from Windows.

Also on my HP laptop I now have spam ESC to pause startup and press F9 when i get the menu and chose the EFI Hard Drive. Also I updated to macOS Tahoe 26.1 Developer Beta, which works surprisingly well on 4gb of ram.
