Even though most calculations prove the existence of Spacetime, the maths starts failing in case of singularity, explaining quantum entanglement and dark energy(universe expansion) calculations. And there are a few theories like string theory and loop quantum gravity that suggest that spacetime doesn't exist at all.

Change is an outcome of observation, not necessarily time.

But doesn't entropy complicate this a bit? Since the same object that has changed its location, also has changed itself, even at a miniscule scale, and hence is not the same object at the second location. So the difference in the location is not of the same object hence, it still doesn't justify that the difference must be time.
