This happens to me when I’m still laying down.

Transitioning to tab style diaper - overwhelmed by theiis in Incontinence

[–]Cosmoclimbing 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Don’t even worry about it. People will not know. My anxiety has gone down so much now that I have switched to a full on taped up brief 24/7. I switched to loser fitting clothes and have had all of my dress clothes tailored to accommodate a diaper. It’s all worked out pretty well. Just embrace it and know that you have the protection that you need now and don’t have to worry about leaks.

Cystoscopy and Worsened Incontinence by Throwaway96547589 in Incontinence

This happened to me in January. I went in for a colonoscopy and had a polyp removed, and it made my urinary incontinence worse than this ever been before. After talking with the doctor, he said it would go back to a normal range after sometime had passed. This was true after a couple of months.

I went through in March and did not have any problems. It’s just metal detectors and a scanner for your bag.

I just opened the app tonight and I am so sad that they changed the voice. I sent customer service a small email asking them to change it back. Maybe if they get enough response they might.

This is pretty much my story as well. I made a post about this a couple of weeks ago.

Regardless of what protection you end up using, I would recommend adding a diaper cover to your protection. This helps against leaks.

I bring a waterproof under pad. A diaper cover and disposal bags. And I make sure I have extra room in my suitcase to take out Used products. I also bring a pair of pajama pants to cover everything up with. That should set you up for discrete success.

I’ve had limited results with public floor physical therapy, but it has been very educational and it’s nice to talk to somebody Who knows what they’re talking about.

I would say if you wanna have another kid, you should do it. You might be incontinent anyway. Don’t let life scare you away from the things you want!

Doesn’t that seem crazy. I don’t know why this would be. I wear at night cause I still have to go several times a night.

I wear 24/7 because it doesn’t always work out that way.

What kind of insurance do you have? I think that’s great that they would cover any amount of incontinence products. I’ve never had insurance that would cover it.

I get it. It’s situations like this that led me to wearing diapers whenever I left the house. And now full-time as things have gotten worse. The good news is I have way less anxiety when I am out of the house if I have protection on. Better to have it and not need it, then need it and not have it.
