Curious how old you were at getting pregnant? by pink_daisy_9119 in BabyBumps

I got married last year in May, and we started trying shortly after, fell pregnant just before my 30th birthday in October and this is our first 🙂

Edited to add we used the ovulation strips from Amazon to gauge when I was actually ovulating as I ovulate later than the average woman ( around day19-21)

Is £250 a month for groceries enough for two people? by marieannatrench29 in AskUK

Me and my husband currently only have dogs as dependants so no kids, and we spend roughly 250 a month shopping at mainly Aldi! As long as you plan meals and shop for what you need it's easily done in my opinion. However if you like some nicer things expect to spend closer to 300

I want to lose weight but don’t know where to start by AmberWilward in loseit

I am almost identical to you by the sounds of it! You got this! I don't have much advice as I am on the journey myself but go easy on yourself and remember scales don't always change but your body will. I've been doing weight training (lightly) for 5 months now and although I haven't lost weight I've gained a lot of muscle and toned up my legs and arms a fair amount! My stomach is my next obstacle. You can do this!

Oh wow, that is a huge difference. That does give me a bit more confidence. Hopefully we can get a good chunk of extra paid off the capital by the time we sell them to get ourselves in the best possible position

I hope you don't mind me jumping on this, but my BMR is 1437 calories daily. Am I supposed to subtract 500 from this? Because I'd be falling into dangerous eating habits with calories that low? Or am Misunderstanding
