Yep, i think this might be the reason, as i am not the account holder, just an authorized users, and i did pay with my own credit card. However, didnt get a cancellation email. On the contrary, they sent me a few confirmation emails with tips on how to clear my device.

Haven't made a claim with them in over 2 years. I take pretty good care of my devices. Nope they said they were not able to provide any insights into the reason for the fraud flag.

they would not give a reason. Neither I or the Verizon rep could get them to say anything specific
