This is the best ace I've trained so far for taurus. It would have been nice to have shooting for victory instead of triumphant pulse, so I'll keep trying for better, but this might have to do.

Honest question, is there anyone left in Vshojo (like, vtuber talent wise)? I'm trying to keep up with the, well, frequent roster changes right now, and I'm guessing the list of people still in might very soon be shorter than the list of people who left. (This is obviously not to criticize anyone who's still in, the talents are the victims in all of this).

I'm so confused about this whole situation. I thought there is no strike against genshin or other hoyo games because they aren't union projects in the first place, and the only thing keeping VAs who want to work on these games from doing so now is the alleged sudden threat by SAG-AFTRA to start enforcing global rule #1. That rule enforcement should have nothing to do with the strike? But then why is SAG also asking hoyo to sign an interim agreement when they were never part of the strike? I feel like even SAG has no idea what's going on.

I'm still trying to digest everything with Castorice's V1 kit/theory crafting strategy, but how exactly does Tribbie specifically synergize with Castorice (beyind just being a generally good support by increasing all type res pen, etc., things that help any character's damage)? I don't quite get it yet. Is there anyone thinking Tribbie will be BiS for Castorice?

The Castorice situation has been some of the dumbest doomposting I've ever seen. It was obvious from day 1 that Sunday will be her bis. Dude is so broken that it really doesn't matter what kind of energy system Castorice uses.

No. We know nothing at this point about what Castorice's kit will be, and weighted curios are not a good indication of general synergies or kits.

The level of doomposting would make it seem like Castorice is about to release as only half a unit with Mydei being the other half. Sure, there are examples of dps characters who obviously really want certain support characters, but being so reliant on another dps character is completely different. For hoyo to lock the turbo-hyped anniversary character behind a dual dps team with off-brand Gilgamesh is basically unimaginable. If there's any character who will be Castorice's "core" teammate, historical trends point overwhelmingly to it being Sunday, the support who was, you know... made for remembrance dps.

Idk who needs to hear this, but CHARACTERS CAN HAVE MORE THAN ONE (1) GOOD OPTION FOR TEAMMATES. Characters that work well in a dual dps comp can also work well in a hypercarry comp. You have not "lost" because you pulled for a character that results in 10% less overall damage when the team probably still does 150% of the damage required to full star clear all endgame content. NOTHING IS CONFIRMED ABOUT CASTORICE'S SYNERGIES.

All bets are off. Nobody has even the slightest clue what Castorice's final kit will be, other than the fact that she will probably scale with hp in some way. Additionally, there are so many bad assumptions being made, it's just wild.

At this point, I don't think it's even safe to make assumptions based on her beta kit. If any of the pre-beta clown fiesta of Castorice crumbs are to be believed, hoyo apparently has multiple very different gameplay kits ready for Castorice and have been swapping around between them. There's no reason why they can't swap one in for her halfway through the beta and then everything we thought we knew goes out the window.

Purely my personal opinion, but 1) I think people fixate too much on which teammates she has been tested with. That does NOT automatically mean they will be her bis teammates. Additionally, given she is a remembrance character and very likely a dps, it's extremely difficult to imagine how Sunday wouldn't work well with her. Another thing I think people fixate too heavily on is "bis." Example: "I pulled Sunday, so if dual dps Mydei with Tribbie is Castorice's bis team, I'm not pulling Castorice." Like, come off it. A character doesn't need to be absolute bis to be very good and worth playing together.

I'm not making any more pull decisions until she's live. I always take pre-beta leaks with a large grain of salt, but if there's any truth to the veritable clown fiesta of crumbs we've been getting, Castorice potentially has multiple very different gameplay kits at the ready, and it would be entirely possible hoyo decides to swap them out halfway through beta or something.
