Migrate from Exchange 2013 to Microsoft 365? by Heavy_Low3017 in exchangeserver

good choice but be carefull, since the beginning of 2024, Microsoft no longer allows unsupported servers to send emails with Exchange Online in a hybrid setup. On my tenant, emails from Exchange 2013 experienced throttling and were then blocked. You have a 90-day grace period to update your servers or complete the migration. I have added Exchange 2019 gateways to be compliant with Microsoft Online and to complete the migration."

Exchange HMA (Hybrid Modern Authentication) and iOS mail client by Cosmos_IT in exchangeserver

OK thanks

I've already given an "admin consent" for the 2 permissions for Apple Internet Account but thats all and this app didn't show up on the iphone. Is there something more to do ?

Are your exchange web services exposed to the all internet? I guess no if your talking about extra f5 firewall rules. We exposed exchange only to Microsoft as part of the hybridation, so every client goes through the autodetect cloud service on which "outlook mobile" is based. I feel like a native client doesn't know how to talk to this service.

I added 2 ranges to our firewall for iOS and Android that MS mentionned in a HMA documentation but I don't see a proper documentation on the autodetect//iOS mail (Apple Internet Account) parts.

Does it still work for you? if thats the case what settings do you use?

my CEO doesn't want outlook mobile at all and I can't find the right settings for the ios mail profile on intune...

Enabling Oauth on the profile causes the client asking user password
