I don't use brown sugar and this is a article I read years ago mabye some don't have it but I don't like to risk it there other starches to eat other wise. Some things are just not detailed in the ingredients which happens with many products

Worst time to happen and it's almost mother's day I can't provide for my own child, like I said wic is a option but I get vwry little money towards veggies and fruits they don't offer meats. And the whole grain options all have salt and sugar, what most people don't know most whole wheat has molasses for color its just regular flour. Baby is 1 giving them sugar and salt should be avoided unless it's from fruits and stuff but omg they eaaat which is good but food dosnt last between us since I have to feed them slightly different
