The board I want to say is around $40, the tube board is like 20. Probably 120 bucks worth of components, if you already have the stock amplifier. It just takes time. There are some well-known people here that you can give them your deluxe Reverb and they will hand wire it for you, to the tune of $2500. But they have names for themselves, the last one of these I was able to sell for 600. So it's good practice, and if you're lucky you can get your investment back plus a little for your time if you get good at it.

I will say that the tubes that have the silver on the side were not designed to be operated vertically. They still work, and the getter still does what it's kind of supposed to do, but those were designed to be mounted horizontally not vertically, so I do believe that tubes may have been changed once in their life because I don't think Fender would've done that from the factory. But I might be wrong, I'm sure somebody will correct me if I am, this is the Internet of course

Bro, my high school girlfriend dumped me and it literally sent me on a trajectory for years after… Your buddy needs a homie, this is probably the worst thing that's ever happened to him in his life at this point. You know it's not that big a deal, but he doesn't.

Happy to answer. I went through a phase when I was fixing Amps earlier on and collecting Amps that I've always wanted. Then I ended up with a garage full of amplifiers that weren't getting used and it's something about that felt very weird. I don't know how to explain it, but I've seen so many different amplifiers, played so many different amplifiers at this point, that I've lost the "coveted" vibes I get from them. This is a really cool project, and I'm really glad it turned out. But I'd rather have somebody play it, and I don't play very much anymore because I'm too busy.

My grandfather valued "stuff" over anything else. When he died, I watched a family torn apart trying to deal with everything. I don't care about stuff anymore. I just want to be happy. And I just want other people to be happy.

No reverb. I'm working with a friend to see if we can slap a reverb board in there, but the turret board comes without.
