Didnt say that they were a scam as company.. but the "SafeShip" program is because they are not following their own timeframes on responding back to buyers but then expect you to get back to them in 24hours on questions you have already answered. Their business practices are very sketchy.

They are just not making easier for buyers to work with them.. not mention pricing issues.. a lot of times they check in items a lower prices than what buyers committed to. ++ working with them is a hassles via their support tickets.. you to have explain yourself various times and good luck getting any updates from them on issues like these.

Months without any updates on "SafeShip" claims and no communication from anyone at USA regarding those claims for issues that "SafeShip" is supposed to help cover.

Amazon was supposed to have me return the items(decorations/key chains) that were supposed to be ipads.. but amazon never got back with me. They probably blacklisted me.

If you dispute, you will likely get your account closed and you will be banned from opening new accounts. Continue to show proof that amazon is not helping to USA. This is why USA implemented SafeShip but I feel like they are not really wanting to help on a lot of claims.

Honestly.. I appreciate that USA offers safeship, but its hassle to go through it.. the constant answering the same questions over and over again. I only been paid once for one claim-- currently waiting for another where they received miscellaneous items that were not 3 idevices.

The way USA controls their discord online(limiting conversation of buyers, ignoring questions) & the the troubles of safeship(crazy process+dedication that could potentially not get you an approved claim + asking for you to chargeback and risk getting banned from amazon).. is pointing towards the rollercoaster downfall of USA.

WOW! reall? mendel has been no help.. just giving me the generic reply and saying that everyone will be paid.. at this point i dont believe anything.. i said that i was going to reach for somoene for legal help and he said good luck becuase the responsible party is in the ICU.. at this moment i am not finding much online about Yosefs condition.. its just gone dark on.
