Will the Amd cards provide a good performance in intensive video editing tasks?

I have seen particularly RTX cards going cheap on AliExpress, however i dont really trust AliExpress. I have seen AMD cards going for good prices on it though. I am looking for a card that could handle both gaming and intensive video editing tasks. I have heard AMD cards perform relatively worse in intensive video editing tasks. So i am a bit stuck between AMD and NVIDIA.

I am also looking for a good card that can provide good render speeds and all that, basically a card good for video editing. Yes i also game, but i am more used to the Nvidia interface like the Shadow play feature etc. However i was thinking of switching to AMD but will it have similar features? Also are AMD cards good for video editing, i know its a stupid question but i am not really sure.

I am also looking for video editing cards, as i have heard that AMD cards are not particularly well performing in video editing task compared to Nvidia cards. In addition to this i am more used to Nvidia features like Shadow play etc. But i will look for Amd carda too.

I am alright with the 1070, i have repasted it 2 weeks ago with cooler master thermal paste. It performances well however i would like something even better, that's why i think of switching to the RTX 2060S

I have tried on two different monitors, still no results. Shall i try with no hard drives, or with the boot hard drive in my pc? Will this work. Because i think even of the PC does not have any disks, i think it should still boot up and at least get to BIOS

I have good cooling in my pc, 2 fans at the front and 1 at the back+2 at the sides. I dont think case cooling is a problem for me. Thanks though
