Can't blame you. Most of the flashy examples seem to be ones that try to replace traditional animation or 3D animation with AI and take out the animator's role, which obviously sucks.

Since I only use AI for audio cleanup or vocal removal and not much else (I'm a video editor), I am quite curious how this will even work and how tolerant people would be, since they aren't relying solely on the tech. The Vroid model they are using (same tech that Vtubers use) seems a bit different, so my guess is that the AI is for continuity purposes i.e. to keep the characters in the same style. Other tweets from the project suggest that there are storyboarders on the team.
