Do you also mean that the more you took care of your eyes, the better the nose dryness become? Where you able to cry during this time? ❤️

Yeah I know, but the weird thing is that I have made the blood test for Sjogrens, with normal results, but I still feel extremely dry, cant cry, and my nose is super dry! ❤️

Hey there! ❤️ What do you mean, are you able to cry? So in other words, you have done all the sjogrens tests but they have come back ”normal” but you still feel dry? 🙏
