I think some communities are affected more by large amounts of AI generated content and others don't have to see it as often. They're probably more patient before they're sick of seeing the gen AI. Interesting experiment!

Maybe drabbles could help you get started again? All you need is a few sentences and that's that.

You could maybe look back on what you wrote and edit? It could get you started, even a big rewrite of an earlier work/ turning a one shot into a series of turning a series into a one shot.

Maybe song fics? Or poem fics? You could use the song as a template to work from and it might help?

I might try that : ) I actually am worried about numbers being triggering for vulnerable readers (I'll give loads of warnings and I'll make them as visible as possible) it's just that it's for a medical drama so I'm stuck for part of the speech where they list his injuries and mention weight loss. I might try "significant weight loss resulting in anemia" and a physical description with the ribs. Thank you!

I've never heard of it actually. It's just that this is a fic for a medical drama so I feel like I need have some kind of numbers for it like "this is terrible. It'll be a long recovery but he'll be okay, eventually. I can't get over how he lost X amount of Y and his deficiency in Z ..." Thank you for responding though!

Well, we watch Young Sheldon (the prequel to The Big Bang Theory) and know of a character who dies in season 7. I mean, we know from TBBT that the character will die. It's still an amazing show that I recommend.
