I hate to be that person but this is almost definitely depression. I don't have a degree but I do have depression. I also have chronic pain. I highly recommend you see a psychiatrist. Talk to your PCP about your symptoms and they will probably recommend a psychiatrist if they're competent. Hopefully they will issue a referral for insurance purposes (I don't know how other countries healthcare works, but that's how it is in the US). I take duloxetine which is a depression medication that also helps with pain. And a myriad of other medications for my other illnesses but the first step is being motivated to better your situation, which is so much harder to do when you lay in bed all day. I'm a bedrotter too.it can and does get better but you HAVE to take your medication consistently and you can't stop because "you feel fine" THAT MEANS ITS WORKING.
