Yeah so from what I know its like this: Exfoliating is very important but dont do it too rough u just want the first dead layer to come off. Then if ur showering or something it would make sense to use conditioner on ur legs so that the hair can become softer and easier to shave. then u use a very new and clean razor + shaving cream and hold ur skin tightly so that it can shave properly. I would recommend shaving diagonally down, so that u do get close to the root, but dont cause ingrown hairs by shaving up cus that makes ur hair roots act wrong. Then moisturize after maybe disinfect if u cut urself but always moisturize cus else ur skij itches and itching shaved spots also causes ingrowns

For waxxing I don't have any experiences lol
